An inflatable arch shaped like a stitched monster head: flat black hair, heavy brows, grey neck bolts, and an open red-lined mouth with pale blocky teeth down both sides. The mouth is the doorway. Stand it at the top of the drive or over the front walk, plug it in, and it stands 10 feet tall, lit from inside.
The heavy fan does the work — self-inflating, up in about four minutes. Stakes and tethers come in the box, so it anchors to the lawn and is still up at sunrise.
