Static, outdoor, two per box

The 4.6 ft arch that turns your walk into a gate

A 4.6 ft archway built from thin black metal tube, with ladder rungs up both legs and a blank weathered plaque hanging from a chain at the crown. Two come in the box, enough to mark the front walk and the path along the side of the house on the same night. It goes outdoors, in lawn or bed soil, where the kids have to walk through.

Frames the approach

At 4.6 feet the crown sits above a child's head and below an adult's, so the path to your door reads as a way in rather than a lawn with props on it. From the curb it gives the yard an edge.

Stakes into soft ground

The legs taper to points that press straight into lawn or a flower bed, so the arch stands with no base plate and nothing to bolt down. It needs soil, though: points do not hold on a paved drive.

Aged metal, nothing to finish

The plaque arrives mottled gray on a short chain at the crown, already aged, so there is no dry-brushing or dulling to do first. It also arrives blank, which leaves the lettering to you.

Built for outdoors

November, back in the box

On the night it does quiet work: every kid walks under it before reaching your steps, and the plaque hangs at the crown with whatever you lettered on it. In November the frame lifts out of the ground, the plaque unhooks from its chain, and both go flat in the box until next year. Ships in 5 to 7 days, 3 to 4 if you need it sooner.

  • Plaque ships blank — letter it yourself
  • Both arches and the plaque pack flat in one box
  • Black metal tube, aged before it ships
How tall is the arch?

4.6 feet to the crown, about 55 inches. The opening clears a child's head and sits just under most adults, so the walk reads as a way in rather than a lawn with props on it.

How many arches come in the box?

Two. Enough to mark the front walk and the path along the side of the house on the same night.

Does it come with ground stakes?

There are no separate stakes. Each leg tapers to a point and presses straight into lawn or bed soil, so the arch stands with no base plate and nothing to bolt down.

Will it hold on a windy night?

The legs are the only anchoring in the box. Drive them full depth into soft ground, and on an exposed lot add your own stakes or guy line at the crown — there is no wind rating on this piece.

Can it go on a driveway or a patio?

No. The points need soil to bite into. On pavement there is nothing holding it, so keep it in lawn or a flower bed.

Does the plaque come lettered?

No. It arrives blank and already weathered, mottled gray on a short chain, so the lettering is yours to add.
