She isn't standing, she's flying. Body flat out with both green hands choked up at the top of the broomstick, magenta cape and green rag skirt trailing like she just cleared the roofline. From the sidewalk the stand is easy to miss and she reads as hovering.
Besides the sound trigger there's a foot pad on a wire. Tuck it under the doormat or at the last porch step and she fires the moment a kid lands on it. It's a second way to set her off, one you place, so the scare lands at the door with the candy bowl in reach.
Green face, mouth open, orange eyes, gray hair, no blood anywhere. The scare level sits at slightly scary, which is the right setting for a street with strollers: the little ones squeal and keep walking, the parents stop for the photo.
