It's a single fixed design printed straight into the rug: a pumpkin-headed scarecrow with arms raised, sitting on a purple/green/orange/black checkerboard that reads as a hole when you glance down. The '3D' is the printed artwork tricking your eyes -- there's no depth, motion, light, or sound built into the rug itself.
Seven diameters: 16in/40cm, 20in/50cm, 24in/60cm, 32in/80cm, 40in/100cm, 47in/120cm, and 55in/140cm, all at 0.19in/0.5cm thick. Small works as an entry mat trick; the 47in and 55in turn a whole doorway into a drop.
Vacuum it regularly like any rug, and for spots, wipe with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. It's not machine washable -- the quilted surface and non-slip backing aren't built for a washer.
No. The backing is a non-slip dot plastic base, and the edge is locked so it won't fray or curl up over time. It sits flat and stays put on hardwood, tile, or carpet.

Got the 4-pack and put them down our front hallway leading to the door. People genuinely slow down and look twice at the pumpkin-head scarecrow before they realize it's flat — my neighbor's kid tried to step around it. The quilted texture feels way more solid than I expected, and the non-slip backing has kept it from sliding on our tile even with heavy foot traffic during trick-or-treating.
Went with the 8-pack and lined the entire hall so it reads like one continuous scene instead of separate rugs. My mother-in-law legitimately paused before walking over it. It's thicker and sturdier than the seasonal mats we've bought at drugstores in past years, and the edges haven't curled or frayed after almost three weeks of guests coming through.
Bought the 2-pack for our laminate entryway but didn't measure the doorway width first, so the 24in ended up looking smaller than I pictured next to our console table. Swapped it for the 32in and it fills the space right now. Print quality is sharp either way, and the non-slip dots grip the laminate well so it hasn't budged since we put it down. Knocking one star only because I wish I'd sized it right from the start.
I ordered the 4-pack thinking I'd get a mix of different illusion designs to spread through the house since the collection page shows so many patterns — turns out all four are the same scarecrow/pumpkin-head print. A little disappointing since I wanted variety, but honestly the checkered purple-and-green print is bold enough that having the same one in four rooms ended up working as its own theme. I'll probably just order a second design separately next time.

After a full night of a packed house walking over it, the locked edge hasn't frayed or lifted at all. Way more durable than the flimsy stuff I've used in past years.
With two kids tracking stuff in from outside I was hoping this could just go in the wash, but the listing is clear it's vacuum and spot-clean only, and a juice spill wiped off fine with a damp cloth and mild soap. Knocking off a couple stars for the extra hands-on maintenance, but I'm keeping it — this design gets more comments from visitors than anything else we've put up for Halloween, so it's staying by the front door.
